Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring seamless integration with client HR processes, and providing training and support. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation process for new HRIS clients, ensuring timely and effective deployment of solutions.

     

     

  • Analyze client HR requirements and configure HRIS software accordingly.

     

     

  • Provide end-to-end support during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

     

     

  • Train clients on the effective use of the HRIS solution.

     

     

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery.

     

     

  • Document implementation processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.

     

     

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.

     

     

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HRIS solutions.

     

     

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

     

     

  • Strong understanding of HRIS solutions, system integrations, and HR business processes.

     

     

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

     

     

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

     

     

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

     

     

  • Ability to travel as needed for client implementations.
